黄芪桂枝五物汤联合松花粉治疗糖尿病足慢性创面1则

Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and Pine Pollen in the Treatment of Chronic Wounds of Diabetic Foot for One Case

糖尿病是影响全人类健康的重大慢性疾病,糖尿病足是导致糖尿病患者高致残、致死率的主要原因之一。《黄帝内经》中记载的“脱痈”即中医对该病最早的认识,历代医家对其病因病机及治疗各有灼见。笔者导师认为糖尿病导致的足部慢性创面局部虽有寒、热、痰、瘀等实邪,但治疗仍应抓住整体的“虚”为主,故采用黄芪桂枝五物汤加减联合松花粉益气通络、收湿敛疮。现将依此法验案一则报告如下,供同仁批评指正。

Diabetes is a major chronic disease affecting human health.Diabetic foot is one of the main complications leading to high disability and mortality of diabetes patients.Huangdi Neijing recorded“gangrene”is the earliest understanding of the disease in traditional Chinese medicine,and physicians of all dynasties have insights on its etiology,pathogenesis and treatment.The author’s supervisor believes that the although there are cold,heat,phlegm and blood stasis in the local area of chronic foot wounds caused by diabetes,the treatment should still focus on the overall“deficiency”.So Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with pine pollen is adopted to activating qi and collateral,clearing damp and promoting tissue regeneration.A report will be made in accordance with this law as follows for colleague criticism and correction.
