摘要
目的 探究康复新液联合碳酸氢钠对呼吸重症儿童口腔念珠菌感染的临床疗效。方法 选取2017年1月-2020年7月在滨州医学院附属医院儿童呼吸重症科进行治疗的呼吸重症儿童口腔念珠菌感染患儿596例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组298例和研究组298例,对照组采用碳酸氢钠治疗,研究组采用康复新液联合碳酸氢钠治疗。治疗2周后,分析两组患儿口腔白斑面积、pH值变化、真菌菌落数及治疗有效率,同时记录口腔疼痛评分变化和不良反应发生率。结果 经过两种方案治疗后,两组患儿的白斑面积、pH及真菌菌落数均有改善(P<0.05),口腔疼痛评分均降低(P<0.05),研究组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,研究组治愈率52.35%高于对照组,总有效率84.56%高于对照组(P<0.05),且两组患儿不良反应发生率均较小,比较无统计学差异。结论 康复新液联合碳酸氢钠对呼吸重症儿童口腔念珠菌感染具有良好的临床疗效,药物的联合应用能够显著降低口腔内白斑面积,改善口腔环境,且安全性较高,值得推广使用。
OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with sodium bicarbonate on treatment of oral Candida infection in children with severe disease. METHODS A total of 596 children with severe respiratory oral Candida infection who were treated in respiratory and critical medicine department of the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from Jan 2017 to Jul 2020 were recruited as the study subjects and randomly divided into the control group with 298 cases and the study group with 298 cases. The control group was treated with sodium bicarbonate, while the study group was given Kangfuxin liquid combined with sodium bicarbonate. The area of oral leukoplakia, pH value, fungal colony counts and effective rate of treatment were observed after treatment for two weeks, and the oral pain score and incidence rates of adverse reactions were recorded. RESULTS The area of oral leukoplakia, pH and fungal flora counts of both groups were improved after the treatment(P<0.05), the score of oral pain was reduced(P<0.05), the study group was improved more significantly than the control group(P<0.05). The cure rate of the study group was 52.35% after the treatment for 2 weeks, higher than that of the control group;the total effective rate of the study group was 84.56%, significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of children. CONCLUSION Kangfuxin liquid combined with sodium bicarbonate can achieve remarkable clinical effect on treatment of the children with severe respiratory oral Candida infection, the combined medication can remarkably reduce the area of oral leukoplakia and improve oral environment, with the safety high, and it is worthy to be promoted.
