跨文化传播效率提升的顺应策略研究--以在法中资企业的中法员工为例

摘要 中欧合作的整体框架下,中法经贸合作成为重要的利益增长点,中法源远流长的良好关系被视为中法互利投资的有力保障。从表象上看,中国对法投资旨在提升国家的经济硬实力,而从本质上说则实现了文化软实力的输出。文化软实力的输出过程实为中国企业形象乃至中国国家形象实现跨文化传播的过程。这一过程中,赴法谋求发展的中国企业成为跨文化传播主体,而其内部的中法员工则成为跨文化传播的践行者。中法员工在工作中因文化差异而产生的矛盾和冲突阻碍了企业内外部的跨文化传播效应,降低了传播效率,亦由此对企业的发展效率产生负面影响。对于此,中法员工均倾向于采用顺应策略来保证双方的跨文化传播效率。基于对22名中法员工代表持续深入的访谈与调查,研究发现:中法员工善于运用顺应策略中的迁就、回避与折中三种方式来化解双方的矛盾,解决双方思维模式和行为方式的冲突,进而提升跨文化传播效率,但其面临的情况、动机与侧重点均不尽相同。 The implementation of negotiations of China-Eu Investment Agreement heralds a new model and new prospects for China-Eu cooperation,demonstrates China's determination and confidence in promoting high-level opening-up,and is of great significance to enhancing China's economic hard power and cultural soft power.Under the overall framework of China-Eu cooperation,China-France economic and trade cooperation has become an important growth point of interest,and the long-standing good relations between China and France are regarded as a strong guarantee for mutually beneficial investment between the two countries.On the surface,China's investment in France aims to enhance the country's economic hard power,but in essence,it realizes the export of cultural soft power.The export process of cultural soft power is actually the process of cross-cultural communication of Chinese corporate image and even Chinese national image.In this process,Chinese enterprises seeking development in France become the main body of intercultural communication,while their internal Chinese and French employees become practitioners of intercultural communication.The contradictions and conflicts caused by the cultural differences between Chinese and French employees at work hinder the cross-cultural communication effect inside and outside the enterprise,reduce the communication efficiency,and thus have a negative impact on the development efficiency of the enterprise.For this reason,Chinese and French employees tend to adopt adaptation strategies to ensure the efficiency of cross-cultural communication.Based on the sustained and in-depth interview and survey of 22 Chinese and French employees,the study found that the employees are good at using three ways of the adaptation strategies---accommodation,avoidance and compromise to eliminate the contradiction between the two sides,to resolve the conflict of the thinking mode and behavior,and then to enhance efficiency of cross-cultural communication,but their situation,motivation and focus are not the same.
