针对性口腔护理培训对失能老人口腔健康的影响

Effect of Targeted Oral Care Training on Oral Health of Disabled Elderly

目的:探讨针对性口腔护理培训对失能老人口腔健康的影响。方法:采用随机抽取方法,2020年6月-2020年12月随机抽取海口市龙华区2个社区300例失能老人随机分为干预组和对照组,各150例。干预组以知识-态度-行为(Knowledge,attitude and practice,KAP)理念为基础进行针对性口腔护理培训,对照组进行常规口腔健康宣教,比较两组失能老人KAP量表评分、口腔健康状况及生活质量情况。结果:干预后干预组KAP各项评分明显优于对照组,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。干预组疼痛与不适、生理功能、行为影响、心理功能方面评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组总满意度为90.67%,明显高于对照组的78.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性口腔护理培训可提高失能老人口腔健康,减少口腔疾病发生,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of targeted oral care training on oral health of disabled elderly.Methods A total of 300 disabled elderly were randomly selected from 2 communities in Longhua District of Haikou City from June 2020 to December 2020 and randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,150 cases in each group.The intervention group received targeted oral care training based on the KAP concept,and the control group received routine oral health education.The KAP score,oral health status and quality of life of the disabled elderly in the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the KAP scores of the intervention group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of pain and discomfort,physiological function,behavioral impact and psychological function in the intervetion group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the intervention group was 90.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.67%,P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted oral care training can improve the oral health of the disabled elderly,reduce the incidence of oral diseases,and improve the quality of life.
