摘要
目的探讨在儿外科护理教学中应用多媒体课件的效果。方法将2018年7月9日—2020年6月7日临床护理专业学生92名按入科的批次采用半随机的分组方法分成对照组与试验组,分别予以对照组与试验组护生常规教学以及多媒体课件教学,比较两组护生自主学习能力、考试成绩以及对教学质量的满意度。结果教学前两组护生的自主学习能力,包括信息素质、学习合作能力、自我管理能力以及学习动机评分组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),教学后护生各项目评分均高于教学前,同时,试验组评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组护生理论考试成绩、技能考试成绩及对教学满意度均更高,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿外科护理教学中应用多媒体课件有助于丰富学生的理论知识并提高其实践操作能力,还能够提升学生的自主学习能力,对教学的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of multimedia courseware in pediatric surgery nursing teaching.Methods A total of 92 clinical nursing students from July 9,2018 to June 7,2020 were divided into a control group and a test group by semi-random grouping according to the batches admitted to the department.The control group was given routine teaching,while the experimental group was given multimedia courseware teaching.The examination scores and satisfaction with teaching quality of nursing students were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the two groups,the theoretical test scores and skill test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before teaching,there was no significant difference in the scores of information quality,learning cooperation ability,self-management ability and learning motivation between the two groups(P>0.05).After teaching,the scores of each item of nursing students were higher than before teaching,and there was significant difference in the scores of each item before and after teaching(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multimedia courseware in pediatric surgery teaching helps to enrich students'theoretical knowledge,improve their practical operation ability,and Improve students'autonomous learning ability and satisfaction with teaching.
