摘要
目的:观察电针联合髋膝运动训练治疗膝髌股关节疼痛综合征(PFPS)的疗效。方法:将83例PFPS患者以随机数字表法分为观察组(n=42)与对照组(n=41)。对照组给予髋膝运动训练治疗,观察组给予电针联合髋膝运动训练治疗。比较两组临床疗效和治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Kujala评分、Lysholm膝关节功能评分、膝屈伸等速肌力。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组上下楼梯、下蹲、慢跑时VAS评分较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组患者Kujala评分、Lysholm评分较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组股四头肌、腘绳肌的60°/s角速度及120°/s角速度肌力较治疗前升高(均P<0.05),治疗后组间比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:电针联合髋膝运动训练治疗PFPS可减轻患者疼痛症状,改善膝髌股关节功能,提升膝屈伸肌力。
Objective:To observe efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with hip-knee exercise training in the treatment of knee patellofemoral pain syndrome(PFPS).Methods:83 patients with PFPS were divided into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=41)according to the random number table method.The control group was given hip-knee exercise training,while the observation group adopted electroacupuncture combined with hip-knee exercise training.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS),Kujala score,Lysholm knee score scale and isokinetic strengths of knee flexion and extension before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores at walking up and down stairs,squatting and jogging in the two groups were reduced compared with those before treatment,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The Kujala score and Lysholm score were enhanced in the two groups compared with those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The knee extension strengths,knee flexion strengths of 60°/s palstance 120°/s palstance in the two groups were improved than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there were no statistical differences between the two groups in knee extension strengths,knee flexion strengths of quadriceps femoris,hamstring muscle(all P>0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with hip-knee exercise training in the treatment of PFPS can reduce pain,improve knee patellofemoral function,and enhance knee flexion and extension strength.
