摘要
以某铅锌冶炼厂产生的含氟废水(1#废水含氟20mg/L,2#废水含氟78.5mg/L)为处理对象,投加钙源化学-混凝沉淀法除氟。研究了碳添加量、PAM、PAC、pH值对除氟效果的影响规律。结果表明:1#高盐废水的最佳试验条件为PAC投加量为800mg/L,PAM投加量为2mg/L,F含量由20mg/L降到3mg/L,脱除率为85%。2#高盐废水在最佳实验条件CaCl_(2)的投放量400mg/L,PAC投加量2g/L,PAM投加量为5mg/L,F含量由78.5mg/L降到3.64mg/L,脱除率为95.3%。
On the basis of understanding that the discharge of industrial wastewater from major factories in my country has not yet met the requirements,in order to make the discharge of high-salt wastewater meet the standard and to utilize high-salt wastewater more efficiently,we cooperated with zinc smelting enterprises to carry out experiments.It is hoped that the content of F in industrial wastewater can be reduced.Based on all the experimental results,the optimal experimental conditions for 1#high-salt wastewater are as follows:the optimal dosage of PAC(polyaluminum chloride)is 800 mg/L,and the optimal dosage of PAM(polyacrylamide)is 2mg/L,the initial F content was reduced from 20 mg/L to 3 mg/L,and the removal rate was 85%.The optimum experimental conditions for 2#high-salt wastewater are:on the basis of the dosage of CaCl_(2) being 400mg/L,the optimum dosage of PAC is 2g/L,and the optimum dosage of PAM is 3mg/L.The content decreased from 78.5mg/L to 3.64mg/L,and the removal rate was 95.3%.
