城市地下综合管廊钢制给水管道全位置自动焊系统的研发与应用

摘要 城市地下管廊给水管道安装受现场工况和焊接方法的影响,导致给水管道铺设效率无法满足建设工程进度。针对钢制给水管道全位置环焊施工工况和特点,设计开发了大口径薄壁钢制给水管道全位置自动焊系统。系统由可调柔型导轨、行走底盘、焊枪姿态调整机构和基于EtherCAT高速以太网的异构网络实时控制系统等组成。将导轨安装在待焊管道上,焊接行走底盘以导轨为导向,通过焊枪姿态调整机构驱动焊枪按照预先设定的工艺参数和焊接轨迹完成焊接作业。在北京市石景山区供水管网一期工程中进行了应用,结果表明:管道自动焊技术的使用提高了给水管道铺设的施工效率,降低了劳动强度,提升了工程整体质量。为城市地下管廊给水管道自动焊的大规模推广提供了工程应用经验。 The installation of water supply pipeline in urban underground pipe gallery is affected by the on-site working conditions and welding methods,so the laying efficiency of water supply pipeline cannot meet the construction progress.According to the construction conditions and characteristics of all-position ring welding of steel water supply pipeline,the allposition automatic welding system of large-diameter thin-wall steel water supply pipeline was designed and developed.The system consists of adjustable flexible guide rail,walking chassis,welding torch attitude adjustment mechanism and heterogeneous network real-time control system based on EtherCAT high-speed Ethernet.Install the guide rail on the pipeline to be welded,and the welding walking chassis drives the welding torch through the welding torch attitude adjustment mechanism to complete the welding operation according to the pre-set process parameters and welding trajectory.It is applied in the first phase of water supply pipe network in Shijingshan District,Beijing.The results show that the application of automatic pipe welding technology improves the construction efficiency of water supply pipe laying,reduces the labor intensity,and improves the overall quality of the project.It provides engineering application experience for the large-scale promotion of automatic welding of water supply pipeline in urban underground pipe gallery.
