兽用中药在肉鸡无抗养殖中的应用

Application of Veterinary Traditional Chinese Medicine in Non-resistant Breeding of Broiler Chickens

鸡肉是中国的第二大消费肉类,为满足人们对高品质和健康安全鸡肉的需求,同时随着国家饲料端禁抗、养殖端减抗限抗政策的不断推进,兽用中药在肉鸡无抗养殖中应用越来越受到青睐。文章对兽用中药在肉鸡无抗养殖中应用的必要性、应用分类和存在的问题进行了综述,以期更好地开发利用兽用中药和临床中使用兽用中药代替抗生素提供参考。

Chicken is the second-largest consumed meat in China.The application of veterinary traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in broiler chickens anti-resistance breeding is becoming more and more popular,which not only meets people's demand for high-quality,healthy and safe chicken,but also responds to the continuous promotion of national feed end resistance prohibition and policy of reducing and limiting resistance at breeding end in China.In order to better develop and utilize veterinary traditional Chinese medicine and provide references for using veterinary traditional Chinese medicine instead of antibiotics in clinic,the necessity,classification and existing problems of veterinary traditional Chinese medicine in broiler chickens non-resistant breeding were summarized.
