Clinical application status quo of predictive nursing procedures

综述预见性护理程序在国内临床中的应用现状及在国外的发展现状,指出预见性护理程序作为一种超前理念、新模式,国内相关研究起步虽晚,但经过近年来的广泛应用,在院前急救、院内护理(院内转运、内科、外科、妇科、产科、儿科)等多领域已取得明显效果,适用病种从外科向内科、从急性病向慢性病扩展,对于指导临床护理实践、提高护理质量具有重要意义。但目前的相关研究方向单一、措施趋于同质化,未来可向护理管理领域进行扩展研究,开展多模式的协同应用,进行高质量的护理研究。

It reviewed the clinical application status quo of predictive nursing procedures in China and its development status quo at abroad.It was pointed out that as an advanced concept and new model, the research of predictive nursing procedure started late in China, but it has been widely applied in many fields such as pre-hospital emergency, in-hospital nursing(in-hospital transport, internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, obstetrics, pediatrics) and so on.It was of great significance for guiding clinical nursing practice and improving nursing quality to expand the application of diseases from surgery to internal medicine and from acute diseases to chronic diseases.However, the current related research direction is single and the measures tend to be homogeneous.In the future, the research can be extended to the field of nursing management, and multi-mode collaborative application can be carried out to do high-quality nursing research.
