职业院校思政教育与工匠精神培育的有机融合,既是新时代职业院校立德树人的内在要求,又是有效实现其高质量发展的方法创新。二者的融合对大国工匠的打造、思政教育内涵式发展、制造强国的形成和工匠文化软实力的提升都具有极大的价值意蕴。基于共通性的育人价值、趋同性的育人目标、耦合性的育人内容、同构性的育人方式和协同性的育人机制之五大理论逻辑,可为二者的深度融合分别提供必需的认知基础、行动指南、内容构架、实践导向和运行理路。要立足当下职业院校的发展实际,围绕价值导向体系、“三教”改革、产教融合、实训平台革新、企业(行业)文化建设等五个方面实现职业院校思政教育与工匠精神培育的深度融合,为职业教育的顺利运行提供强大动力。

he organic integration of ideological and political education and the cultivation of craftsman spirit in vocational colleges is not only the inherent requirement of establishing morality and cultivating people in the new era,but also the innovation of methods to effectively realize the high-quality development of vocational colleges.The integration of the two has great value implications for the cultivation of craftsmen of the nation,the connotative development of ideological and political education,the formation of manufacturing power and the improvement of the soft power of craftsman culture.Based on the five theoretical logics of common educational values,convergent educational goals,coupled educational content,isomorphic educational methods,and synergistic educational mechanisms,the deep integration of the two can be achieved with the necessary cognitive basis,action guide,content framework,practice guidance and operation rationale.Focusing on the current development reality of vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the deep integration of the two in five aspects:the valueoriented system,the reform of“three educations”,the integration of production and education,the innovation of training platforms,and the construction of enterprise(industry) culture,providing a strong impetus for the smooth operation of vocational education.
