我国网络安全产教融合路径、挑战与对策研究

Research on the Path,Challenges and Suggestions of the Integration between Cyber Security Industry and Education in China

当前,网络安全产教融合已成为发展共识,主管部门引导推进产学合作对接,网络安全企业积极参与培养方案制定,对外提供实践训练平台及能力,校企双方以项目课题为载体推动产学研深度协同创新,并依托网络安全竞赛强化人才实践技能培养。但在实际推进过程中,仍存在人才培养认知偏差、合作内生动力不足、合作成果转化效果有限、合作机制尚不健全等问题和,制约网络安全产教深度融合。在此背景下,建议进一步优化网络安全产教融合顶层设计,凝聚校企合力深化教育教学改革,培育面向网络安全产业实践的创新型、应用型人才,促进产学研协同创新和多学科融合发展,健全完善网络安全人才培养评价认证体系,深化产教融合协同育人,努力打造网络安全教育、技术、产业融合发展的新格局。

At present,the integration between cyber security industry and education has become a development consensus.The authorities guide and promote the collaboration between industry and university.Cyber security enterprises participate in training program formulation and provide practical training facilities and programs to universities.Universities and enterprises jointly carry out project and promote the innovation based on the cooperation of industry,university and institute.Besides,Universities together with enterprises organizing the cyber security competitions to strengthen the cultivation of talents'practical skills.However,in the process of actual promotion,there are still some problems,such as cognitive deviation of talent training,insufficient endogenous motivation of cooperation,limited effect of transformation of cooperation results,and imperfect cooperation mechanism,which restrict the integration between cyber security industry and education.Under this background,it is suggested to further optimize the top-level design of the integration between cyber security industry and education,unite the joint efforts of universities and enterprises to deepen the reform of education and teaching,cultivate innovative and applied talents oriented to the practice of cyber security industry,promote collaborative innovation and multidisciplinary development and improve the evaluation and certification system for cyber security talent training,to deepen integration between cyber security industry and education and promote the integrated development of cyber security education,technology and industry.
