摘要
中小学心理健康教育教师专业化对教师队伍建设有重要影响,通过对陕西省部分中小学心理健康教育骨干教师进行抽样调查,发现目前心理健康教育教师存在准入门槛低、资格证书缺乏统一标准、具有专业背景的教师数量较少、工作年限与职称晋升不成比例、工作内容繁杂等问题。为此,文章从完善准入门槛、落实工作职责、重视职后发展等方面探索解决方法,以期逐步提升陕西省中小学心理健康教育教师专业化水平。
The professionalization of mental health education teachers in primary and secondary schools has an important impact on the construction of the teaching team.Through a sample survey of some key teachers of mental health education in primary and secondary schools in Shaanxi Province,it is found that the current access threshold for mental health education teachers needs to be improved,and there is a lack of qualification certificates.Uniform standards,the small number of teachers with professional backgrounds,the incompatibility of working years with the promotion of professional titles,and the complex work content.To this end,the article explores solutions from the aspects of improving the entry threshold,implementing job responsibilities,and paying attention to post-employment development,in order to gradually improve the professional level of mental health education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shaanxi Province.
