摘要
旨在比较理实一体化教学法与传统教学法在中职内科护理教学中的效果。选取桂东卫生学校2020级护理1班55名学生,采用自身对照法,在前后不同的章节中,分别作为实验组与对照组。实验组采用理实一体化教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。两组学生的理论成绩和实训成绩有显著性差异(P<0.001)。在以理论讲授为主的内科护理教学中实施理实一体化教学,能激发学生的学习积极性;以教师为主导、学生为主体的综合实训,能培养学生的临床思维和动手能力;适时引入思政元素,能培养学生爱岗敬业精神。
The study is to compare the teaching effect of the theory-practice integration teaching method and the traditional teaching method in the nursing teaching of secondary vocational internal medicine. Fiftyfive students from Nursing Class 1 of Grade 2020 in our school were selected, and the self-compare method was adopted. The students were taken as the experimental group and the control group respectively in different chapters.The experimental group adopted the integrated teaching method of theory and practice, while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method. There was a significant difference between the two groups of students’ theoretical and practical scores(P < 0.001). Implementing the integrated teaching of theory and practice in the nursing teaching of internal medicine mainly based on theoretical lectures can stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning;the comprehensive practice training with teachers as the leading role and students as the main body can cultivate students’ clinical thinking and practical ability;the introduction of ideological and political elements can cultivate students’ dedication to work.
