即时激励护理在静脉留置针患儿穿刺效果及负性情绪中的作用

Eff ect of immediate incentive nursing on improving puncture eff ect and negative emotion in children with intravenous indwelling needle

目的探讨即时激励护理对改善静脉留置针负性情绪及穿刺效果的影响。方法选取医院自2018年12月—2020年12月收治的≥6岁行静脉留置针的患儿158例,根据入院顺序将其分为观察组(2020年1—12月)和对照组(2018年12月—2019年12月)各79例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行即时激励护理。对比两组患儿的[儿少心理健康量表(MHS-CA)、穿刺效果和并发症。结果即时激励护理后,观察组MHS-CA评分高于对照组;观察组一次穿刺成功率、穿刺次数高于对照组,留置针保留时间长于对照组;观察组并发症发生率低于对照组;上述指标组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论即时激励护理可以改善行静脉留置针的患儿的负性情绪,提高患儿穿刺效果,降低患儿的并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the eff ect of immediate incentive nursing on improving negative emotion and puncture eff ect of intravenous indwelling needle.Methods A total of 158 children aged≥6 years who received intravenous indwelling needle from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected,according to the order of hospitalization,they were divided into an observation group(January to December 2020)and a control group(December 2018 to December 2019),with 79 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received immediate incentive nursing on the basis of the control group.The Children's Mental Health Scale(MTS-CA),puncture effect and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After immediate incentive nursing,the score of HMS-CA in the observation group was higher than the control group,The success rate of one puncture and the number of puncture in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the retention time of indwelling needle was longer than the control group.The complication rate of the observation group was lower than the control group,there were signifi cant diff erences in the above indexes between groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Immediate incentive nursing could improve the negative emotion of children with intravenous indwelling needle,improve the effect of puncture and reduce the incidence of complications in children.
