针对性护理对VSD治疗糖尿病足感染患者的护理价值

Nursing Value of Targeted Nursing for VSD Patients with Diabetic Foot Infection

目的 研究在封闭负压引流术(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)治疗后对糖尿病足感染患者实施针对性护理的临床价值。方法 选取2019年6月—2020年6月泉州市第一医院收治的50例糖尿病足感染患者作为研究对象,所有患者入院后均接受VSD治疗,根据不同护理方法将其分成观察组与对照组,各25例。对照组实施常规护理方式,观察组实施针对性护理,对比两组护理相关指标、护理满意度、生活质量及糖尿病足知识、行为、态度评分。结果 观察组患者换药次数、疼痛评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的各项生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对糖尿病足知识、行为以及态度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病足感染患者除了实施VSD治疗以外,实施针对性护理方式效果更为显著,可明显减轻患者的疼痛程度,同时,还可提高患者的生活质量,提升整体护理效果。

Objective To study the clinical value of targeted nursing for patients with diabetic foot infection after closed negative pressure drainage(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD) treatment.Methods 50 patients with diabetic foot infection admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients received VSD treatment after admission,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods,with 25 patients in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing,the observation group carried out targeted nursing.The nursing related indicators,nursing satisfaction,quality of life and diabetic foot knowledge,behavior,attitude scores of the two groups were compared.Results The frequency of dressing change and pain score in observation group were better than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in observation group were higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of diabetic foot knowledge,behavior and attitude in the observation group were higher than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In addition to VSD treatment,targeted nursing is more effective in patients with diabetic foot infection,which can significantly reduce the degree of pain of patients.At the same time,it can also improve the quality of life of patients and improve the overall nursing effect.
