The comprehensive reform of regional education is a main form of educational reform in the new era.After more than 30 years of reform practice,it has gone through the development process of initial stage,expansion stage and deepening stage,realizing the connotation evolution from emphasizing the part to constructing the whole,from focusing on the system to emphasizing the index,and from emphasizing efficiency to highlighting fairness.In order to promote the comprehensive development of regional education,we need to pay more attention to the combination of policy driving and reform consciousness,the combination of comprehensive reform and key breakthrough,and the combination of theoretical guidance and scientific research innovation,thus further improving the quality of regional education reform.
