桥梁混凝土节段梁钢筋数字化制造技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 钢筋作为桥梁混凝土节段梁生产过程中的主要材料,其制造方法的改进是提高桥梁建设质量的重要途径。传统基建行业钢筋加工方法自动化程度低,不仅造成材料浪费,且影响桥梁建设进度和质量。新技术和新设备的发展为钢筋制造提供了新的方法。基于BIM技术和智能装备的视角,针对传统加工方法的不足,采用“软件+硬件”相结合的思路,系统地研究了钢筋智能制造的成套解决方案。即以BIM技术为基础,建立钢筋模型并进行可视化模拟,同时基于整数规划算法开展套料优化,进而建立钢筋模型智能建造的数据源;以智能设备作为智能建造数据源的“执行者”,直接读取数据源的下料单,实现钢筋的智能建造。以桥梁混凝土节段梁的钢筋制造为例,验证本文方法的可行性和有效性。结果表明,BIM技术和智能装备相结合的钢筋智能制造方法使得材料的余料率最低,降低了制造成本;同时实现了钢筋半成品和网片的智能化加工,提高了钢筋加工的进度和质量,增强了桥梁的防震减灾能力,真正实现了软件与硬件结合的钢筋智能制造。智能制造技术高效率、低成本、高质量地完成钢筋制造,推动整体基建行业智能制造技术的发展。 As the main material in the production process of bridge concrete segment beams, the improvement of its manufacturing method is an important way to improve the quality of bridge construction. The low degree of automation in the steel processing methods of the traditional infrastructure industry not only causes material waste but also affects the progress and quality of bridge construction. The development of new technology and new equipment provides new methods for steel bar manufacturing. Based on the perspective of BIM technology and intelligent equipment, in the paper the complete set of solutions for the intelligent manufacturing of steel bars is systematically studied based on the shortcomings of traditional processing methods through the “software + hardware” combined ideas. That is, based on BIM technology, the reinforcement model is established and visualized simulation, and the nesting optimization is carried out based on the integer programming algorithm, and then the data source of the intelligent construction of the steel model is established;intelligent equipment is used as the “executor” of the intelligent construction data source, which can directly read the material order of the data source to realize the intelligent construction of steel bars. The steel bar manufacturing of the concrete segment beam is used for example case to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method in this paper.The results show that the intelligent construction method of steel bars combined with BIM technology and intelligent equipment minimizes the residual material rate and reduces the construction cost;at the same time,the method can realize the intelligent processing of semi-finished steel bars and meshes,improve the progress and quality of steel processing,and enhance the bridge’s capability to prevent earthquakes and reduce disasters,truly realize the intelligent construction of steel bars that combines software and hardware.In this paper,intelligent construction technology completes steel bar manufacturing with high efficiency,low cost,and high quality and promotes the development of intelligent manufacturing technology in the overall infrastructure industry.
