穴位贴敷联合中药封包对肾移植术后胃肠功能的影响

The Effect of Acupoint Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Encapsulation on Gastrointestinal Function in Patients with Renal Transplantation

目的探讨穴位贴敷联合中药封包对肾移植患者术后胃肠功能的影响。方法选择2020年1月—2022年1月在总院接受肾移植手术患者94例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各47例。对照组术后给予常规西药治疗结合常规康复护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予穴位贴敷及中药封包干预。比较两组术后胃肠功能恢复相关指标、术后并发症发生率及干预前后胃肠道激素水平。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间均较对照组短(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后胃泌素(GT)、胃动素(MTL)低于对照组,生长抑素(SS)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肾移植术后患者给予中药穴位贴敷及中药封包干预能够促进胃肠功能恢复,改善胃肠道激素水平,降低并发症发生率,操作简单,安全经济,有利于患者术后康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine packaging on gastrointestinal function in patients with renal transplantation.Methods 94 patients who underwent renal transplantation from June 2018 to 2019 were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,each group was 47 cases.The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing intervention,and the observation group was given acupoint application and traditional Chinese medicine packaging intervention on this basis.The correlation indexes of gastrointestinal function recovery,postoperative complications and the levels of gastrointestinal hormones before and after intervention were compared.Results The recovery time,anal exhaust time and defecation time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);GT and MTL in the observation group were lower than that of the control group,SS was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine package intervention can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve the level of gastrointestinal hormone,reduce the incidence of complications,simple operation,safety and economy,and is conducive to the recovery of patients after operation.
