摘要
某车辆段自东北向西南走向,其上盖开发为11层住宅。为了住宅建筑的舒适性,住宅阳面法线呈南偏东0~15°,这造成了上盖住宅柱网与车辆段柱网呈一定角度。在车辆段停车列检库、检修库等部位上下均为非正交柱网,住宅柱网与盖下柱网夹角约45°±15°。本车辆段上盖开发存在一定的平面不规则和竖向不规则,且部分竖向构件不能直接落地,共有3项指标超过审查要点限定范畴,为超限高层建筑。柱网的特殊性加大了此超限结构的设计难度。本工程设计中,通过寻找住宅角度与面宽的规律实现不同户型的分户墙位置柱、角柱直接贯通落地。根据建筑结构的实际情况合理设置结构缝,合理设定针对本结构特性的抗震性能目标等手段解决了设计过程中的问题与难点。通过对此结构的不同角度小、中、大震分析对结构的可靠性进行了验证。本文内容对车辆段上盖开发结构及与本文所述结构类似的上下非正交柱网转换结构设计具有一定的参考价值。
A metro depot located from northeast to southwest, the cover of which is used for apartment building(11 floors) development. For the raison of comfort, the upper building should be toward the sun, and the permitted error range angle is within 15°south by east. In order to satisfy such conditions, the upper cover development and the metro depot must be built as non-orthogonal axis nets. In the train parking examination shop, train service shop and other parts of the metro depot, the upper and lower axis nets are all non-orthogonal. The angle between the upper and the lower axis nets is about 45°±15°. There are some plane irregularities and vertical irregularities in the structure, and some of its columns can’t be rooted directly into the ground. So it is out-of-code high-rise building with three points beyond the code. The informal axis nets increase the difficulty to design the structure. In the design of this structure, by searching for the law of the upper and lower axis nets with architects, the corner columns and columns in the position of partition walls are directly rooted into the ground. The structure is divided into some reasonable parts, and suitable seismic performance required by it is developed, in order to deal with the problems and difficulties in the process of design. The reliability of the structure is verified by analyzing the structure under different angles of frequent earthquake, fortification earthquake and rare earthquake. This paper may have referential value for building development above metro depot structure, which contains non-orthogonal upper and lower axis nets similar to the structure described in this paper.
