摘要
传统的写字机通常体积较大,价格昂贵,并采用步进电机或者舵机控制起落笔。基于此,本文设计了一款便携式写字机,该写字机总体为对称结构,大量零件采用3D打印,具有体积小、价格低廉、采用电磁铁控制起落笔等特点。上位机软件负责将文字或计算机辅助设计(Computer Aided Design,CAD)图纸转换为G代码,代码通过蓝牙模块传给下位机,下位机通过逐点比较算法,计算实际位置点与目标位置点的偏差,控制机构向目标点进给,同时写字模块的电磁铁通过落笔命令实现写字。
The traditional writing machine is usually large and expensive,and uses stepping motor or steering gear to control the lifting and lowering pen.Based on this,a portable writing machine is designed in this paper.The overall structure of the writing machine is symmetrical,and a large number of parts are printed in 3D.It has the characteristics of small volume,low price,electromagnet controlled lifting pen and so on.The upper computer software is responsible for converting the text or CAD drawing into G code,and the code is transmitted to the lower computer through the Bluetooth module.The lower computer calculates the deviation between the actual position point and the target position point through the point-by-point comparison algorithm,and the control mechanism feeds to the target point.At the same time,the electromagnet of the writing module realizes writing through the pen down command.
