Key points and strategies of prevention and control of infection in makeshift hospitals

新冠疫情全球流行导致多地新冠病毒感染者数量短时间内快速增长,为满足医疗需求量的骤增和隔离收治要求,方舱医院在新冠病毒感染者的救治中起到了重要作用。但其医院感染预防与控制也面临着新的挑战,本文结合我国方舱医院感染防控的实践经验,探讨方舱医院的感染防控的风险点、技术要求和防控效果,为收治新冠病毒感染者的方舱医院的感染防控工作提供参考。

The number of cases of COVID-19 was increased rapidly in a shorter period of time due to the pandemic of COVID-19. To meet the requirements for rapid increase of medical demand and isolation for treatment, the makeshift hospitals play an important role in treatment of the COVID-19 cases, which however faced new challenges in prevention and control of nosocomial infection. This article is based on the practical experience in prevention and control of nosocomial infection in makeshift hospitals and explores the risk points in prevention and control of infection in makeshift hospitals, technical requirements and effect of prevention and control so as to provide guidance for prevention and control of infection in the COVID-19 patients of makeshift hospitals.
