胆囊切除术后综合征中西医临床诊治进展

Research Progress on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Post-cholecystectomy Syndrome

胆囊切除术是外科治疗胆囊疾病的常用方法,但其术后仍可能出现一系列症状称为胆囊切除术后综合征(PCS)。其病因复杂,症状多变,且目前临床无特定诊疗方法。此研究通过系统分析PCS相关文献,就其中西医临床诊治进行综述,以期为临床诊疗胆囊切除术后综合征提供参考。

Cholecystectomy is a common method for surgical treatment of gallbladder diseases,but a series of symptoms may still appear after the operation,called“post-cholecystectomy syndrome”(PCS).The cause of PCS is complex,the symptoms are changeable,and there is currently no specific clinical diagnosis and treatment method.This study systematically analyzed PCS-related literature and reviewed the clinical diagnosis and treatment of PCS in traditional Chinese and western medicine to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment of PCS.
