中医药辨治产后风的研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Postpartum Apoplexy Based on Syndrome Differentiation

产后风是妇人产后的常见疾病,因其症状显著、反复难愈、迁延日久,给患者造成了极大的身心困扰。此文从产后风的病因病机和防治入手,介绍近10年来中医药辨治产后风的研究概况,从多方面阐述不同医家对此病的认识及治疗效果,旨在为临床治疗产后风提供理论依据。

Postpartum apoplexy is a common disease of postpartum women,because of its obvious symptoms,repeated difficult to heal,long delay,to the patients caused great physical and mental distress.Starting with the etiology,pathogenesis and prevention and treatment of postpartum apoplexy,this paper introduces the research situation of differentiation and treatment of postpartum apoplexy by traditional Chinese medicine in the past ten years,and expounds the understanding and treatment effect of different doctors on postpartum apoplexy from many aspects,aiming to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of postpartum apoplexy for reference.
