摘要
为了解决建筑工程管线安装偏差较大的问题,设计基于BIM技术的建筑工程复杂管线安装优化方法。文中采用滑托安装形式直埋建筑热力垂直立管,减少立管垂直偏差;基于BIM模型优化室内谬误电力线路,避免电力线路交叉;埋地敷设给水排水水平管道,消除给排水口横支管口安装误差;铺设无偏差建筑燃气管线,提高燃气管线的安装精准度,进而实现复杂管线的高质量安装。测试结果表明,使用文中设计的安装优化方法后,复杂管线安装偏差均在允许偏差范围内,具有较高的实用价值。
In order to solve the problem of large deviation of construction engineering pipeline installation, the optimization method of complex pipeline installation in construction engineering based on BIM technology is designed.As to reduce the vertical deviation of the BIM model to avoid power line crossing;lay horizontal pipeline of water supply and drainage, and lay free building gas pipeline to improve the installation accuracy of gas pipeline and realize the high quality installation of complex pipelines.The test results show that all the installation deviation of the complex pipeline has high practical value.
