摘要
文化育人具有重大和深远的意义,高校推行的书院制改革下的文化育人具有十分明显的实践成效。文化育人从环境和精神上引领着大学的思想动态,也从丰富的活动中促进了大学生的自我教育和自我成长,是一种有形教育与无形教育的结合。书院制改革实践工作可以更好地认识文化育人的特点与意义,充分理解文化“有而无在”“润物无声”的教育意义。文化育人工作需要更多的高校实践工作者运用文化育人的特点,加强理论与实践的研究工作,探索文化育人的有效途径。
Cultural education has great and far-reaching significance,and the academy system reform in colleges and universities under the cultural education has very obvious practical results.Cultural education leads the ideological trend of colleges and universities in terms of environment and spirit,and also promotes college students’self-education and self-development from rich activities.It is a combination of tangible education and intangible education.The reform and practice of the academy system can better understand the characteristics and significance of cultural education,and fully understand the educational significance of“there being no culture”and“nothing being heard”.The work of cultural education needs more university practitioners to use the characteristics of cultural education,strengthen the research work of theory and practice,and explore effective ways of cultural education.
