Dilemma and Countermeasures of Information Security Governance of Platform Economy

随着信息技术高速发展和消费需求持续升级,平台经济迅速崛起,在短短十多年间给我国社会经济的运行带来显著变化,创造了巨大的社会经济效益。但是,当前平台经济发展中所出现的诸多信息相关乱象也日渐成为全社会关注的焦点。为此,必须从完善法律、加强监管、结合反垄断和反不正当竞争执法等多个维度,夯实平台企业的信息主体责任,补齐有关部门监管短板,推动平台经济规范健康持续发展。

With the high-speed development of information technology and the constant upgrading of consumer demands,the rapid rise of the platform economy has brought about significant changes to the operation of the society and economy in China and created enormous social and economic benefits in just over a decade.However,driven by high profits,some platform enterprises have tried various means of customer acquisition by relying on the massive information in their hands and have become grey zones with frequent chaos.Therefore,it is necessary to consolidate the responsibilities of information subjects,make up for supervision shortcomings of relevant parties,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the platform economy from multiple dimensions including improving the laws,strengthening supervision,and combining anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition in law enforcement.
