摘要
石化企业大量使用标准节流装置流量计进行流量计量,保证其计量的准确性是石化企业必须面对的问题。通过对仪表现场校准与核查实践活动的总结认知,分析了各种影响仪表准确度的因素,探讨在线校准与核查实施方法及可行性,讨论了利用新技术为企业降本增效的可能。
Petrochemical enterprises use a large number of flow meters of standard throttling device.It is a problem that petrochemical enterprises must face to ensure their measurement accuracy.By summarizing the practical activities of on-site calibration and verification of instruments,this paper analyzes various factors affecting the accuracy of instruments,discusses the implementation methods and feasibility of on-line calibration and verification,and discusses the possibility of using new technologies to reduce costs and increase efficiency for enterprises.
