摘要
随着卫星导航系统的发展,卫星授时逐渐成为电网时频基准的技术手段之一。时间频率基准在电网信息通信起着提供时间基准的重要作用。文章通过引入专业北斗卫星导航系统(BeiDou navigation satellite system,BDS)数据分析中心的高精度数据作为评估卫星授时的标准,提出电网BDS授时时间基准增强评估方案。通过描述授时原理、建立评估方案和进行数据分析实验,得出结论如下:①所提BDS授时评估方案易操作且可行性较强,采用外部数据体现了增强方案的独立性;②需要冗余观测量增加授时评价的可靠性;③由于卫星系统时间产生机制不同,不同系统对同一终端授时应独立计算。
With the development of satellite navigation system,satellite timing has gradually become one of the technical means of power grid time-frequency benchmark.Time frequency reference plays an important role in providing time reference for power grid information communication.This paper introduces the high-precision data from the professional BDS data analysis center as the standard to evaluate the satellite time service,and presents an enhanced evaluation scheme for the power grid BDS time service benchmark.By describing the time service principle,establishing the evaluation scheme and conducting data analysis experiments,the conclusions are as follows:①The proposed BDS timing evaluation scheme is easy to operate and feasible.At the same time,the use of external data reflects the independence of the enhanced scheme;②Redundant observation is needed to increase the reliability of timing evaluation;③Due to the different time generation mechanisms of satellite systems,different systems should calculate the time service of the same terminal independently.
