摘要
以皮革工程专业课程皮革清洁生产技术与原理为例,分析探索如何运用“产教融合”元素,对该课程“按需”改革,以培养新形势下应用型专业人才。从顶层设计到人才培养方案的实施,从理论知识提升到一线能力拓展,从协同育人(教育教学)到协同创新(项目开展)等多方面探讨了皮革清洁生产技术与原理课程实行“产教融合”理念改革的可行性路径。研究表明,“产教融合”下的皮革清洁生产技术与原理课程更能激发专业人才培养的活力,更有利于培养适合社会、行业需求的应用型本科人才。
Using the course of Clean Technology of Leather Making in leather engineering specialty as a case,in this article we analyze and explore how to integrate the elements of industry into education and reform the course based on needs analysis in order to cultivate applied professionals in the new situation.Specifically,from the top-level design to the implementation of the talent training plan,from the improvement of theoretical knowledge to the development of front-line capabilities,from collaborative education(i.e.,education and instruction)to collaborative innovation(i.e.,project implementation),we discuss feasible ways to apply the concept of integration between industry and education in the course of Clean Technology of Leather Making.Practices of our curriculum reform suggest that the course of Clean Technology of Leather Making that integrated the elements of industry into education can stimulate the vitality of talent training,and is more conducive to the cultivation of applied undergraduate talents who meet the needs of industry and society.
