隧道混凝土超耗原因分析及节超控制技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 长期以来,隧道施工混凝土超耗都是隧道施工成本居高不下的主要原因。为有效控制隧道混凝土超耗,经过对在建110座隧道175个掌子面施工的调查及现场跟班作业,在大量测试及试验数据的基础上,对隧道施工混凝土的超耗原因进行全面系统的分析、总结研究。从隧道开挖轮廓确定、开挖控制(光面爆破施工)、喷射混凝土配合比、喷射混凝土施工工艺及管理考核等环节总结出了适宜的隧道混凝土超耗控制技术,有效控制了隧道混凝土的超耗,降低了由于混凝土超耗增加的施工成本,取得了良好的效果。 For a long time, the over consumption of concrete in tunnel construction is the main reason for the high cost of tunnel construction. In order to effectively control the excess consumption of tunnel concrete, through the investigation and on-site follow-up operation of 175 faces of 110 tunnels under construction, and based on a large number of test and test data, this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis, summary and research on the causes of excess consumption of tunnel construction concrete. From the aspects of tunnel excavation contour determination, excavation control(smooth blasting construction), shotcrete mix proportion, shotcrete construction technology and management assessment, this paper summarizes the appropriate tunnel concrete over consumption control technology, effectively controls the tunnel concrete over consumption, reduces the construction cost increased due to concrete over consumption, and achieves good results.
