摘要
四川井盐提炼的传统工艺是利用天然气或煤炭将卤水烧干,这种方法耗费燃料较多。抗战时期,黄海化学工业研究社迁入四川后,为提高盐产且降低成本,针对浓卤环节主要做了两项研究:一是枝条架浓卤技术的研究,黄海社具体研究了枝条架的结构、性能及影响因素,提供了改进建议和蒸发力估算公式,服务了当时之需;二是塔炉灶的研制,黄海社分析了楼灶在浓卤、煎盐、燃料使用等方面存在的问题,研制出了燃草式塔炉灶和燃煤式塔炉灶。黄海社对浓卤技术的研究,深化了人们对川盐生产的认识,同时彰显了黄海社“在原则上绝对相信科学,在精神上以能服务社会为最大光荣”~((1))的信条。
The traditional process of well salt extraction in Sichuan uses natural gas or coal for drying,which consumes a lot of fuel.During the Anti-Japanese War,after the Huanghai Chemical Industry Research Institute moved to Sichuan,in order to promote the increase of salt production and reduce the cost,two main studies were done on the concentration of brine:one is the research on concentrated brine technology of the branch frame,mainly on its structure,performance and influencing factors and provides construction suggestions and evaporation force estimation formulas to serve the needs of the time;the other is the development of tower stoves.The Huanghai Institute analyzed its problems in concentrated brine,salt cooking and fuel use,and developed a grass-fired tower stove and a coal-fired tower stove.The research and promotion of concentrated brine technology by Huanghai Chemical Industry Research Institute has deepened people’s understanding of Sichuan salt production and demonstrated the demeanor of Huanghai Institute“absolutely believe in science in principle,and serve the society as the greatest honor in spirit”.
