摘要
新一代人工智能技术推动了未来社会职业的加速变迁,人机智能协作将成为职业存在的新形态。新的工作模式将显著改变各职业领域对劳动者职业能力的要求,并呈现出职业能力需求结构加速变迁的态势。职业教育需要根据智能时代的特征对其人才培养机制进行变革,以职业功能的稳定性为切入点,构建“个人—院校—产业”间的新型动态均衡机制,并针对不同人机协作模式的特征差异,对传统工作任务导向的职业教育人才培养模式进行探索性重构。
The new generation of artificial intelligence technology has been promoting and accelerating the change of social occupation,meaning that human-machine intelligence collaboration will become a new trend of career existence.The new working mode will significantly change the requirements of various occupational areas for workers'skills and show a trend of accelerated changes in the structure of vocational skills demands.Therefore,vocational education needs to adjust its talent training mechanism according to the characteristics of the intelligent era,and take the stability of vocational functions as the starting point to build a new dynamic equilibrium mechanism among the"individual-college-industry".Moreover,given the characteristics of different human-machine cooperation modes,the traditional task-based vocational education talent training mode needs to be explored and reconstructed.
