药物指导对糖尿病患者合理用药和生化指标的影响研究

Influence of Drug Guidance on Rational Drug Use and Biochemical Indicators in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究药物指导对糖尿病患者合理用药和生化指标的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月江苏省连云港市赣榆区中医院64例住院糖尿病患者作为研究对象,2020年1—12月收治的32例糖尿病患者设为对照组,采用常规药物指导,2021年1—12月收治的32例糖尿病患者设为观察组,开展规范化药物指导。对比两组患者合理用药情况、生化指标(三酰甘油、空腹血糖、血清总胆固醇、糖化血红蛋白、尿酸、胰岛素抵抗)水平及用药依从性。结果观察组不合理用药率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组6项生化指标水平改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组用药依从优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化药物指导可以良好降低糖尿病患者不合理用药率,改善患者生化指标,增加患者用药依从程度,从而利于提高临床疗效。

Objective To explore the effect of drug guidance on rational drug use and biochemical indicators in patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 64 inpatients with diabetes mellitus in Ganyu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Lianyungang City,Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and 32 diabetic patients admitted from January to December 2020 were set as the control group,and were guided by conventional medicines.The 32 diabetic patients admitted from January to December 2021 were set as the observation group,and standardized drug guidance was carried out.The rational drug use,biochemical indicators(triacylglycerol,fasting blood glucose,serum total cholesterol,glycosylated hemoglobin,uric acid,insulin resistance)levels and drug compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of irrational drug use in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement effect of 6 biochemical indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized drug guidance can effectively reduce the rate of irrational drug use in diabetic patients,improve the biochemical indicators of patients,and increase the degree of drug compliance of patients,thereby improving clinical efficacy.
