摘要
通过查阅中国知网1958—2021年相关文献资料,归纳总结收载在《中华人民共和国药典》(以下简称《中国药典》) 2020年版中硬骨鱼纲和鸟纲药用动物的地理分布、生活习性和养殖方法。《中国药典》2020年版中收载了硬骨鱼纲药用动物有海马和海龙,其中药用海马有5种,占海马种类总数的9.26%(5/54);药用海龙有3种,占海龙种类总数的13.04%(3/23);收载野生鸟纲药用动物只有麻雀1种,占麻雀种类总数的3.70%(1/27)。3种药用动物均有人工养殖,其中,海马、海龙多分布在南部沿海地区,麻雀养殖基地多分布在中部山地、丘陵地带,主要有全人工养殖和半人工养殖2种方式。《中国药典》2020年版收载的硬骨鱼纲海马、海龙和鸟纲麻雀,养殖技术成熟,养殖评估均为扩养。概述《中国药典》2020年版中硬骨鱼纲和鸟纲药用动物的养殖情况,为药用动物的养殖提供参考。
Through consulting the relevant literature in CNKI from1958 to 2021, we summarized the geographical distribution, living habits, and breeding methods of medicinal animals in the Osteichthyes and Aves included in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition). Medicinal animals in the Osteichthyes listed in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition) were Hippocampus animals and Syngnathidae animals. There were five Hippocampus species for medicinal purposes, accounting for 9.26%(5/54), and three species in the Syngnathidae, accounting for 13.04%(3/23). Only one species of sparrows in the Aves was included, accounting for 3.70%(1/27). The three types of medicinal animals all underwent artificial breeding.Hippocampus animals and Syngnathidae animals were mostly distributed in the southern coastal areas, and sparrow breeding bases, in the mode of artificial breeding or semi-artificial breeding, were mostly distributed in the central mountainous and hilly areas. For the Hippocampus animals and Syngnathidae animals in the Osteichthyes and one species of sparrows in the Aves included in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition), the breeding was evaluated as expansion with mature technology.To overview the breeding of medicinal animals in the Osteichthyes and Aves in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition) to provide the basis for the breeding of medicinal animals.
