超高层建筑核心筒固定弧形模板体系设计与应用 被引量:1

摘要 某超高层电视塔核心筒采用固定弧形模板,针对核心筒结构高度大及其单层竖向结构面积大、立模面积大,外框钢结构吊装难度大、钢筋模板工程量大,层高高、墙体厚、模板周转次数多、品质要求高、工期紧张等难题,首先根据建筑结构特点确定模板施工方案,设计固定弧度模板体系以适应缩墙时的变径需求,避免因更换弧形模板浪费模板材料,再设计并验算模板体系变形及强度,改进对拉螺栓,完善阴阳角模板,并进行补模,最后确定排布模板、拼装模板、安装模板、浇筑及爬升的施工流程。通过对弧形模板体系进行设计,解决施工难题,同时提高弧形模板周转率,可加快施工进度,取得较好的经济效益。 In a super high-rise TV tower project, its core tube adopts the setting arc formwork, which has the problems of great height of core tube structure, large area of single-layer vertical structure of core tube, large area of vertical formwork, difficult hoisting of outer frame steel structure, large amount of steel reinforcement formwork, high storey-height, thick wall, multiple turnover times of formwork, high quality requirements and short construction period. According to the characteristics of the building structure, the formwork construction scheme was determined, and the setting arc formwork system was designed to meet the demand of the changing diameter of the wall shrinkage so as to avoid the waste of formwork materials due to the replacement of arc formwork. The deformation and intensity of the formwork system were designed and checked, the tension screw was improved, the formwork of internal and external corners was improved, and the formwork was supplemented. Finally the construction process of the design template, the assembly template, the installation template, pouring and climbing was determined, which has not only solved the above-mentioned problems, but also improved the arc template turnover rate, speeded up the construction progress, and achieved better economic benefits.
