摘要
针对食用菌生产经济效益不高和生产环境自动化程度低等问题,设计了由生产环境感知层、数据传输与调控执行层和监控层3部分构成的基于ZigBee网络的食用菌环境监控系统,优化了基于经验高度分层网格化检测节点部署方法,解决食用菌生长环境参数采集不全面的问题。该系统的检测终端、协调控制器和OneNET物联网平台实现对食用菌环境参数的检测、传输和监控,菇农通过手机APP或智能终端等方式便捷浏览食用菌环境参数和下发控制指令给协调控制器。结果表明,该系统可以对食用菌生长环境参数实时高效调节。
Aiming at the low economic benefits of edible fungus production and the low degree of automation in the production environment,this paper designed an edible fungus environment monitoring system based on the ZigBee network composed of three parts of the production environment perception layer,the data transmission and control execution layer and the monitoring layer.We optimized the deployment method of highly hierarchical grid detection nodes based on experience,and solved the incomplete problem of collecting environmental parameters of edible fungus growth.The detection terminal,coordination controller and OneNET IoT platform of the system realized the detection,transmission and monitoring of the environmental parameters of edible fungus growth,mushroom farmers conveniently browsed the environmental parameters of edible fungus through mobile APP or smart terminals and issue control commands to the coordination controller.The experimental results showed that the system could effectively adjust the growth environment parameters of edible fungus in real time.
