摘要
对我国医疗护理员的分类、培训现状、管理模式、权益保障、绩效考核、分层设置进行综述,以期为医疗护理员职业的建设与发展提供参考性建议,促进医疗护理员行业管理规范发展。
This article reviewed the classification,training status,management mode,rights and interests protection,performance assessment and stratification of nursing assistants in China,in order to provide reference suggestions for the construction and development of nursing assistants and promote the standardized development of nursing assistants management.
