野战内科教学理论的研究现状和进展

Research Status and Progress of the Field Internal Medical Teaching Theory

现代战争作战模式和战伤特点的发展变化对野战内科学教学和人才培养体系提出了更高的要求。我军野战内科教学目前以理论教学为主,与地方通用教材差距不大,实际培养与部队现实及战时救治存在差距,文章在总结我国普通内科和卫勤保障相关教学经验的基础上,借鉴外军医学人才培养的教学方法,提出野战内科教学应增设的内容,明确贯彻终身学习和整合医学教学理念的重要性,概述多元化教育模式联合模拟训练及考评体系建立的必要性和有效性,多方面对野战内科教学的研究现状和进展进行综述。从实战出发,培养能够适应战场变化并灵活进行战伤防护救治的全面型医学人才是野战内科教学建设的重要目标。

With the development of modern war and war-injury, greater demands have been placed on the education of the field internal medicine. The teaching of field internal medicine in our military is mainly based on theory teaching and learning, teaching materials is similar with general textbooks, and there is a great gap between actual training and the reality of the army and wartime treatment. Based on summarizing the relevant teaching experience of general internal medicine and military medical support in China, learning from the teaching methods of foreign military medical personnel training, this paper summarizes the research status and progress of field internal medicine teaching from three main aspects: the contents that should be added to current courses of field internal medicine, the importance of lifelong learning and holistic integrated medicine teaching,and the necessity of multiple teaching modes combined with simulation training and evaluation system.The major goal of advancing the field internal medicine education transformation is to cultivate comprehensive medical professional talents who are well-adapted to the rapid changes of battlefield and able to treat war wounds flexibly on the basis of actual combat.
