针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎临床研究进展

Clinical research progress of acu-moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

查阅相关文献,从传统针灸疗法、针刺结合其他疗法、其他疗法3个方面对近年来针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床研究进展进行概述。结果提示针灸治疗KOA具有操作简单、疗效好、不良反应小等优势,并指出当前临床研究中存在样本量小、缺乏客观指标及行业间共识的标准等问题,有待今后进一步探索发掘,为临床治疗KOA提供参考。

By consulting relevant literature,this paper summarizes the clinical research progress of acu-moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis( KOA) in recent years from 3 aspects: traditional acu-moxibustion therapy,acupuncture combined with other therapies,and other therapies. The results suggest that acu-moxibustion therapy for KOA has the advantages of simple manipulation,good efficacy and small adverse reactions. It also points out that there are some problems in the current clinical research,such as small sample size,lack of objective indicators and industry consensus standards,which need to be further explored in the future to provide references for the clinical treatment of KOA.
