野战便携式DR的高原适用性初探

Applicability of field portable digital radiology on the plateau

目的通过分析野战便携式DR在西藏地区不同海拔高度场站的应用情况,对其高原适用性进行探讨。方法应用SR-1000野战便携式DR对西藏地区3个不同海拔高度场站共131名官兵进行巡诊,对其在高原条件下的性能及检查结果进行分析。结果在海拔高度为3600、4900 m和5100 m的3个场站分别完成70人、35人和26人官兵巡诊,所有检查均顺利完成,图像达到诊断要求。结论野战便携式DR在高原、高寒环境下有良好的适用性,可为高原地区官兵提供便捷、有效、机动的医学影像卫勤保障。

Objective To explore the applicability of field portable DR at military stations of different altitudes in Tibet.Methods The SR-1000 field portable DR was used to inspect 131 soldiers at 3 different altitudes in Tibet before its performance and results of image inspection were analyzed.Results 70 cases,35 cases and 26 cases were inspected at three stations at altitudes of 3600 meters,4900 meters and 5100 meters respectively.All inspections were successfully completed,and the images met the diagnostic requirements.Conclusion Field portable DR has good applicability on the plateau and in a cold environment,which can provide user-friendly,effective and mobile medical imaging medical support for officers and soldiers on the plateau.
