摘要
伴随法治建设进程的持续深化,法治观念逐渐深入人心,大众将迎来新的法治环境。当下,依托法治思维开展思政教育已成为高校思政工作创新的全新切入点。基于此,阐述了法治思维与高校思想政治教育工作融合创新的必要性,指出了法治思维与高校思想政治教育工作融合过程中存在的问题,并提出了创新融合策略,以期最大限度地发挥思政教育的作用与功能。
With the continuous deepening of the construction of the rule of law, the concept of the rule of law is gradually gaining popularity, and the public will usher in a new legal environment. At present, relying on the rule of law to carry out ideological and political education has become a new entry point for the innovation of ideological and political work in colleges and universities. Based on this, this paper expounds the necessity of the integration and innovation of the rule of law thinking and the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities, points out the problems existing in the integration process of the rule of law thinking and the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities, and proposes innovative integration strategies, in order to maximize the use of ideological and political education.
