摘要
目的:观察服用一种黄芪、生地黄、杜仲等组合提取物对一般医务人员工作疲劳状态的影响。方法:研究对象选择省部级三甲医院工作人员66名,按照2:1的比例随机分为2组,干预物组人数为44人、安慰剂组22人。干预物组每日饮用一种黄芪、生地黄、杜仲等组合提取物口服液,安慰剂组服用口服液不含植物提取物但与干预物的溶液基质相同。所有实验对象均为每次饮用口服液1支(10 mL),3次/d,连续服用4 w。在干预前后收集血生化、血维生素、血中免疫指标、疲劳评分、职业倦怠评分、睡眠评估等指标,比较2组间及干预前后的指标数据。结果:共有64名受试者完成研究(干预物组43名、安慰剂组21名),脱失率3%。干预4 w后,血指标显示,血钙指标组间有显著性差异(P<0.05),干预物组维生素B、维生素B、维生素E指标较实验前有显著性差异,维生素B、维生素B指标组间有显著性差异(P<0.05);多维疲劳量表分析结果显示,干预物组合计分、体力疲劳指标较实验前有显著性差异(P<0.05),合计分、体力疲劳、动力下降指标组间有显著性差异(P<0.05);职业倦怠量表分析结果显示,干预物组合计分较实验前有显著性差异,合计分、情感疲惫指标组间有显著性差异(P<0.05);睡眠评估量表分析结果显示,干预物组精神状态指标较实验前有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪、生地黄、杜仲等组合提取物能显著改善医务工作者工作疲劳。
【Objective】 To observe the effect of taking a compound extract ofAstragalus radix,Raw rehmanniaeandEucommia ulmoideson fatigue state of general medical staff. 【Method】 The research object was 66 staff members from grade A hospitals at provincial and ministerial level randomly divided into two groups in a ratio of 2: 1, including 44 in the intervention group and 22 in the placebo group. The intervention group received a daily oral solution containing a combination ofAstragalus radix,Raw rehmanniaandEucommia ulmoidesextracts, while the placebo group received oral solution containing no plant extracts but with the same solution matrix as the intervention. Take it for 4 weeks. Blood biochemistry, blood vitamins, blood immune indexes, fatigue score, job burnout score, sleep evaluation and other indexes were collected before and after intervention, and the index data of the two groups and before and after intervention were compared. 【Result】 A total of 64 subjects completed the study(43 in the intervention group and 21 in the placebo group), with a loss rate of 3%. After 4 weeks of intervention, blood indexes showed that there were significant differences in blood Ca indexes between groups(P<0. 05), vitamin B2, vitamin B9and vitamin E indexes in the intervention group were significantly different from those before the experiment, and vitamin B2and vitamin B9indexes were significantly different between groups(P<0. 05). The results of multidimensional fatigue scale analysis showed that there were significant differences in the combination score and physical fatigue index(P<0. 05), and there were significant differences in total score, physical fatigue and motivation decline index(P<0. 05). The results of job burnout scale analysis showed that the combination score of intervention was significantly different from that before the experiment, and the total score and emotional exhaustion index were significantly different between groups(P<0. 05). The results of sleep assessment scale showed that mental state index of the intervention group was significantly different from that before the experiment(P<0. 05). 【Conclusion】 The combined extracts ofAstragalus radix,Raw rehmanniaeandEucommia ulmoidescould significantly relieve the work fatigue of medical workers.
