摘要
为解决某品牌汽车的横梁加强板成形质量问题,完成冲压工序、冲压方向、工艺补充面和拉延筋等关键工艺的设计,通过Dynaform软件完成变压边力、模具间隙、冲压速度和摩擦系数等4个工艺参数的正交实验,确定最佳工艺参数组合并进行仿真分析和试模实验,实验结果表明:试模件的最大厚度为1.28mm、最小厚度为1.05mm、最大回弹量为1.31mm,试模件与仿真结果的最大厚度、最小厚度和最大回弹量误差分别为1.6%、3.8%和6.1%,结果均符合设计要求。
In order to solve the forming quality problem of beam stiffener of a brand of automobile, the design of key processes such as stamping process, stamping direction, process supplementary surface and drawing rib is completed. The orthogonal experiments of four process parameters such as variable blank holder force, die clearance, stamping speed and friction coefficient are completed through Dynaform software. The optimal combination of process parameters is determined, and the simulation analysis and mold test experiment are carried out. The experimental results show that the maximum thickness of the test mold is 1.28mm, the minimum thickness is 1.05mm and the maximum springback is 1.31mm. The errors of the maximum thickness,minimum thickness and maximum springback between the test mold and the simulation results are 1.6%, 3.8%and 6.1% respectively. The results meet the design requirements.
