摘要
采用共沉淀法制备了Y_(2)SiO_(5):Pr^(3+)上转换纳米荧光粉,通过XRD、FE-SEM和FL对样品的物相、形貌和发光性能进行了分析表征,结果表明:所得样品为Y_(2)SiO_(5):Pr^(3+)纯相,平均粒径为50 nm左右,可将450~550nm的可见光转换成260~400nm的近紫外光;最佳煅烧温度为1100℃,SiO_(2)的最佳加入量为理论量的1.2倍。
Y_(2)SiO_(5):Pr^(3+)upconversion nano phosphors were prepared by co-precipitation method.The phase,morphology and luminescence properties of the samples were characterized by XRD,FE-SEM and FL.The results showed that the obtained samples were pure Y_(2)SiO_(5):Pr^(3+)phase,the average particle size is about 50 nm,and the visible light of 450~550nm can be converted into near-ultraviolet light of 260~400nm;The optimal calcination temperature is 1100℃,and the optimal addition amount of SiO_(2) is 1.2 times the theoretical amount.
