钢管混凝土徐变特性研究

摘要 研究了不同含钢率及不同加载龄期下C60自密实钢管混凝土徐变行为的影响,并将徐变测试结果与fib 2010混凝土基本徐变计算模型和JTG/T D65—06钢管约束作用计算式的计算结果进行比较。研究表明,含钢率越高将使外钢管对核心混凝土的变形约束越大,核心混凝土受力比例减小,从而导致钢管混凝土的整体徐变降低。当28 d龄期加载、持荷60 d时,含钢率为13%的钢管混凝土比含钢率为4%的钢管混凝土徐变系数减小了约35%。并且,采用fib MC2010混凝土基本徐变计算模型和JTG/T D65—06钢管约束作用计算式计算得到的钢管混凝土徐变系数与实测结果吻合度较好,可用于预测钢管混凝土的徐变行为。 The effects of different steel ratio and loading age on the early creep behavior of C60 self-compacting concrete-filled steel tubular(CFST) were studied,and the test results of creep were compared with the calculation results of fib 2010 concrete basic creep calculation model and JTG/T D65—06 steel tube restraint calculation formula.The results show that,with the increase of steel ratio,the deformation constraint of the outer steel tube on core concrete increases,and the stress proportion of core concrete decreases,which will reduce the overall creep performance of CFST.When loading for 28 days and holding for 60 days,the creep coefficient of CFST with13% steel ratio decreases by about 35% compared with that with 4% steel ratio.Moreover,the test results of creep coefficient of CFST are in good agreement with the calculation results of fib 2010 concrete basic creep calculation model and JTG/T D65—06 steel tube restraint calculation formula,which can be used to predict the creep behavior of CFST.
