浅析推拿手法对女性心理问题的调节作用

A Brief Analysis of Regulating Effect of Massage Manipulation on Women's Psychological Problems

心理健康问题是全球公认的最紧迫的健康问题之一,女性的发病率、严重程度均显著高于男性,因此迫切需要一种适宜、有效、广泛可用的方法来改善这种情况。推拿手法作为传统中医外治法的一种,除擅长筋骨疼痛、功能障碍性疾病外,对妇科杂病的治疗也有奇效,但对其的研究一直以身体的疾病为主,而对于女性心理问题的干预作用关注较少。本文通过梳理相关的研究和文献发现,推拿疗法是一种多通路的治疗方式,契合女性生理、心理及其所扮演社会角色的特点,通过“正念”和对具有性别特性的脑肠轴、雌激素的干预发挥了心理调节的作用。

Mental health problems are recognized as one of the most pressing health problems in the world.The incidence and sever‐ity of mental health problems are significantly higher in women than in men.Therefore,there is an urgent need for an appropriate,ef‐fective and widely available approach to improve the situation.One finger Zen massage as a method of external treatment of Tradi‐tional Chinese medicine,in addition to good at muscle and bone pain,dysfunction diseases,the treatment of gynecological miscella‐neous diseases also has a miracle effect.However,the research on it has been mainly focused on physical diseases,and little atten‐tion has been paid to the adjustment and intervention of female psychological problems.In this paper,through combing the relevant research and literature,it is found that one-finger Zen massage is a multi-channel treatment,which fits the characteristics of women's physiology,psychology and social role.Through"mindfulness"and the intervention of brain-gut axis and estrogen with gender char‐acteristics,it plays a role in psychological regulation.
