摘要
海洋环境中浪花飞溅区是海洋腐蚀最为严重的区域。以前应用于钢结构浪花飞溅区的常规防腐蚀技术,普遍存在防护时间短、修复困难等缺点,导致处于北良港的码头钢桩设施存在很大安全隐患。大连港石化有限公司2018年8月开始至今,采用中国科学院海洋研究所,国家海洋腐蚀防护工程技术研究中心研发的,由矿脂防蚀膏、矿脂防蚀带、密封缓冲层和防蚀保护罩配套防护体系组成的海洋浪花飞溅区新型矿脂包覆防腐蚀技术(PTC),先后对码头的439根钢桩,总计11261.52m~2的浪花飞溅区的面积进行了防护,取得了非常良好的防护效果。复层矿脂包覆防腐蚀技术为大连港石化有限公司安全运营,提供了强有力的保障,具有显著的经济和社会效益。
The corrosion of splash zone is the most serious area in the marine environment.The conventional anti-corrosion technology used in this area steel structure in the past has many shortcomings,such as short protection period and difficult repair.The steel piles of Beiliang wharf with traditional anticorrosion technology had been occurred a serious corrosion.The steel piles of Beiliang wharf began to use the Petrolatum Tape and Covering System (PTC) anticorrosion technology of from August 2018,which developed by National Research Center of Marine Corrosion Protection Engineering Technology,Institute of Oceanology,Chinese Academy of Sciences.The PTC technology contained to the petrolatum corrosion protective cream,petrolatum corrosion protective belt,sealing buffer layer and a corrosion protective cover supporting protection system.The 439 steel piles of the wharf,a total of 11261.52 square meters of the area of the spray splashing area had been protected.The excellent protection effect had been demonstrated.The PTC anticorrosion technology provides a strong guarantee for the safe operation of Dalian Port Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,which produced a significant economic and social benefits.
