基于云平台的广播制播系统建设

Construction of Broadcast Production and Broadcasting System Based on Cloud Platform

广播制播系统是整个电台技术系统的重要组成部分,不仅是广播节目生产的主要支撑平台,还是全台安全播出链条上的重要一环。本文以丽水市广播电视总台广播制播系统建设为案例,介绍一种充分利用云平台服务能力构建的数字化音频制播系统。该系统通过广播音频节目的“采、编、播、存、管”全流程生产以及制播内网与外网之间安全、稳定、快捷的数据交互,实现网络化、智能化、一体化的广播数字音频综合生产与播出管理,可以有效提升安全播出的保障能力,并充分满足广播业务未来发展的需要。

The radio production and broadcasting system is an important part of the whole radio technology system. It is not only the main support platform for radio program production, but also an important link in the safe broadcasting chain of the whole station.Taking the construction of Lishui radio and television station as an example, this paper introduces a digital audio production and broadcasting system that makes full use of the service ability of cloud platform. Through the whole process production of "acquisition,editing, broadcasting, storage and management" of broadcast audio programs, as well as the safe, stable and fast data interaction between the production system and the broadcasting system, the system realizes the networked, intelligent and integrated broadcast digital audio comprehensive production and broadcasting management, which can effectively improve the guarantee ability of safe broadcasting and fully meet the needs of the future development of broadcasting business.
