Research on Engineering Change and Contract Price Adjustment in Construction Stage of Construction Engineering

工程建设项目施工阶段的工程造价占建筑工程总造价的一大部分,是实现项目效益的重要阶段。尽管工程造价节约的空间有限,但施工阶段出现成本浪费的可能性非常大,因此这一阶段是实现整体管理目标重要阶段,在施工阶段对工程造价控制进行深入研究对项目成本控制非常重要。文章基于工程施工阶段工程变更与合同价款调整存在的问题,结合案例分析了调整单价和调整总价两种合同价款调整方法,并提出了相应的应对策略,旨在为建筑施工阶段工程造价控制提供有益参考。

The engineering cost of engineering construction projects in the construction stage accounts for a large part of the total cost of construction engineering,which is an important stage to achieve project benefits.Although the space for engineering cost saving is limited,the possibility of cost waste in the construction stage is very large.Therefore,this stage is an important stage to achieve the overall management goal.In-depth research on engineering cost control in the construction stage is very important for project cost control.Based on the problems existing in engineering change and contract price adjustment in construction stage,this paper analyzes two contract price adjustment methods of unit price adjustment and total price adjustment combined with cases,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,aiming to provide useful references for engineering cost control in construction stage.
